Their sentences are more likely to be harsher than whites committing the same crimes (assuming they're even guilty at all.) 75% of people put to death are black people accused of committing crimes against white people. I think it's kind of silly and less fun to predict a pre-announced murder but it's perfectly fine. I'm not going to include them on my list and I'll lose with a smile on my face.
