Isn't this the Q-tip looking phony ass bitch what promised bomb shell evidence of Russian Collusion 8 years ago? Still waiting...

Russian collusion happened. The Trump tower meeting was bombshell evidence of Russian collusion. Collusion on it's own just doesn't rise to the level of a prosecutable crime. If the Russians had the goods at that meeting, the Trump campaign would've undoubtedly used it and at that point it would've risen to the point of conspiracy, which is what was needed to substantiate the con-fraud (conspiracy against the U.S.) charges that Mueller brought. If you actually read the Mueller report it is not the blanket absolution of Trump that the right pretends it is.

His campaign's actions were certainly corrupt and his intent was to influence the election. It was like finding text messages of your wife talking to another guy about all of the things she wants to do to him, her actually showing up to the hotel room to fuck, but they never got to because he couldn't get it up. Like yeah, did she technically fuck that guy? No. But are you good with what went down? I certainly wouldn't be. I'd have a divorce lawyer on speed dial.

What Trump has done is much, much worse than Nixon. No comparison.

Was Hunter indicted?

There needs to be a strong deterrent to this happening again.

The latest Jack Smith filing is compelling, with many more specifics on Trump’s actions and mindset in overturning the election results. He and his allies are all in for his victory, because when this stuff finally gets to court he is cooked.

So here's what I know about that meeting. Someone contacted the Don Jr or Kushner and wanted to meet up with them to disclose some damaging information on the Hillary Campaign.  So Don Jr and Kushner went to the meeting and the Russian lady was talking but she didn't say anything of any substance so Don Jr left and then Kushner ended the meeting.  Some details might not be precise but this is the super simple version of what happened.

Don Jr and Kushner met with someone half expecting to see if there's anything substantial evidence against Hillary.  Once they found out it was bullshit, they left.  I wouldn't fault Hillary for doing the same thing against Trump.  In fact, the whole Russian Collusion investigation was founded on a fake dossier that was made up by Christopher Steele.  He didn't have any proof. He created the dossier first and they went witch hunting for anything they could find.  I encourage you to look up Peter Strzok and Lisa Page (lovers) who are found texting each other about stopping Trump.  These are not normal citizens. They are members of the FBI.  Others from Fusion GPS were also working to stop Trump.  These are not just every day citizens picketing against Trump. They are high level government institutional operatives working in conjunction with the DNC to stop their political adversary.

As for your metaphor, I think it's a little flawed. Here's why.

Trump is the cheating wife in your scenario.  Russian lady is the limp dude.  And Hillary is Trump's husband?  That's where I'm lost..

Wives have allegiance to their husbands.  Political opponents have no allegiance to one another.  They will use reasonable tactics but they will also use dirty methods to get skeletons out of their opponent's closet (i.e. Stormy Daniels, E Gene Carroll, Trump's various convictions etc.). Do you think October surprises come out of thin air?

Elections are not clean and dignified.  There's a reason why some honest, naive, and pure people hate politics.

Furthermore, Trump's allegiance is to the American people and I hope that's where Kamala's allegiance is as well.  If they truly believe that their policies will help their countrymen and their opponent's policies will destroy the country, then what they are doing is right.  The mode in which the scandal comes out might be questionable.  But the truth is all that matters.  Fuck the noise.  Stick to the truth.

Presidents do have immunity for a lot of their atrocious acts, ya dimwit.

And it was like an unwritten rule not to go after them after they serve their term.  That is until Trump.  Y'all opening up a bunch of pandora's boxes and one day that shit will come back to buy you in the ass and it ain't gonna let go.

Yeah, you've got the roles in the analogy wrong. You're right that he didn't owe Hillary anything. But in the analogy, Hillary is not the husband; you, I, and the rest of the American people are the husband that Trump attempted to cheat on (defraud). Hillary, or better said the dirt on Hillary is the inappropriate sex he was trying to procure. It's not illegal to dig up dirt on your opponent but it is illegal to allow a foreign power that is hostile to the U.S. to interfere in an election and that's exactly what Trump was poised to do had the Russians had the goods. There are also quid pro quo concerns unless anyone is naive enough to believe the Russians would do this out of the goodness of their hearts. The concern was that he had procured and used ill-gotten information to influence the minds of voters and by extension, the election. He was on his knees ready for it but the Russians had performance anxiety.

So he certainly colluded, but whether he engaged in an actual criminal conspiracy is a determination that Mueller approached but never reached. Collusion even if proven is not a prosecutable crime. Mueller did, however, implore congress to look into it because the things he found were concerning. Again, I implore you to read the Mueller report rather than rely of the summaries of others.

Smith knows between Garland and then the SC both dragging their feet that if Trump were to win, this case would never go to trial so he wants to make sure that the public gets a view of his case which he obviously finds very damning. And Smith isn't some Dem operative, he proscecuted the Dem Speaker of the Assembly in NY state and has also prosecuted war criminals for the tribunal of the World Court in Hague. His reputation is pretty stellar no matter what the Magas try and tell you.
