This was not a partisan issue . Both sides were in full agreement … and a major part of Trump’s campaign revolved around promises that he was a “President of Peace” who would quickly bring and end to the Russia/Ukraine war and the War in Gaza. “No new wars!” In his first year of taking office, Trump hasn’t done shit about Russia/Ukraine war and has now washed his hands of the whole deal . His solution for Gaza was to declare full support for Israel and allow them to keep killing Palestinians and until Israel finally grew tired of it. In just 12-14 months, the so-called “President of Peace” has now initiated more new US military strikes and offensives against more foreign countries than any other US president has initiated in an entire 4-8 year term. (And lest we forget, he also spent months openly musing about annexing Canada and Greenland…and even floated the idea of using military force if necessary. Because he’s just so goddamn peaceful and all.) And of course, now he has started a brand new war on the other side of the world…which he swore he wouldn’t do, Trump has done the exact OPPOSITE of virtually every promise he made on the campaign trail.
