OzTitan Posted April 8 Report Share Posted April 8 Now that Trump has made things worse and there is supposedly some time for things to cool off, someone needs to distract him with Venezuela or something so he leaves this be and isn't tempted to resume failing some more. Even Greenland would probably be preferable but that seems a bit tricky as a good quick win candidate. Israel will be a problem though and I imagine they'll continue doing what they do. Like they're going to continue trying to kill Iran leadership and Iran will continue to help those fighting Israel, obviously. The Strait of Hormuz is interesting because Iran will obviously seek to recoup costs from tolls on it, but isn't it technically possible for ships to sail through UAE and Oman waters? obviously in open combat where Iran is striking both those countries that is irrelevant, but in a peace agreement period that seems like it could be a problem for Iran and the region may need to come to terms with it amicably. Neither side has agreed to anything in particular, but it's very obvious Trump caved. The best option is to give them most of their 10 point plan, which Trump openly admitted to existing and being favorable, as the plan going forward.
