IEA Executive Director Fatih Birol painted a sobering picture of the global repercussions of what he called “the largest energy crisis we have ever faced,” stemming from the pinch-off of oil, gas and other vital supplies through the Strait of Hormuz.

Most Americans don't understand we are staring down the barrel but it'll be our allies and the poor who get hit the worst.

They have been handed private citizens’ data. If I were replacing Trump as president I’d just nationalize Palantir and any other company that was handed our data from social security, Medicare, etc.

It isn't a conspiracy at this point. It's right out in the open.

Yep….  assuming this is true, it’s definitely a good thing.  
 

Hopefully this statement is actually based in reality and not another example of Trump projecting and presenting his fantasies as truth…or another situation where Trump contradicts himself by stating the exact opposite a day or two later.   But  for the time being, we’ll guardedly accept this as a good thing and a big step in the right direction. 

 

So if we can get Iran to agree to no nukes…AND  get them open up the Strait of Hormuz allowing international shipping traffic to move back and forth freely…. that would be pretty great, right?  
 

That would get us back to where we were under the Obama administration, before Trump pulled America out of the Iran nuclear deal and started mucking up the situation to get us where we are today.
