If Biden took 5M, then it should be relatively easy for the government or someone making the claim to show the bank records or transaction evidence.  Where is the money and the evidence and why hasn't it been produced or even made reference to?

Just for the record:   If I were to contact the FBI and told an FBI investigator I had proof that the US government was being controlled by little green creatures from planet Zandor-X ….that investigator would be obligated to file an FD-1023 form to officially document what he had been told.  
 

And if that FD-1023  wasn’t released to the public,  every tin-foil hat wacko in the world would be all over Twitter or 8chan screaming that the FBI was trying to bury the story as part of some Deep State coverup.  
 

The existence of an FD-1023 does nothing to legitimize or establish the validity of the information in the document;   it is simply a vehicle for an investigator to officially document what he/she heard from an unverified source that may or may not be reliable.  
 

Should the FBI investigate the info in this FD-1023 about the Bidens ?   Absolutely….that’s their job.  
 

 But it’s entirely possible that they already did an investigation into this information back when it was originally reported….and if they were unable to validate or find someone else to corroborate the story, then at some point it simply dies on the vine and the document is put on file.  
 

But of course, the GOP will never accept or even acknowledge that answer…but not over any questions as to  the legitimacy of the investigation or the accuracy of the findings.  
 

 Even if the inquiry was shown to be 100% above board and accurate with all processes and procedures followed to the letter of the law….the GOP will never accept or acknowledge this.  Not because it’s false or inaccurate, but  because it doesn’t support their messaging and agenda.

It’s interesting that Comer-led  investigation into the Bidens hit a complete dead end with the verified documents and information obtained from the FBI.  
 

Then the FBI was ordered to also turn over any unsubstantiated and unverified reports they had …and now Republicans are celebrating as if this unverified info is some sort of irrefutable smoking gun evidence.  
 

Until it can be verified and/ or corroborated, their so-called smoking gun evidence is nothing more than he said/she said hearsay….information that would never withstand the burden of proof or stand up in a court of law.  
 

But it does support the GOP’s messaging and agenda….which is the only thing they care about.  
 

You’d think they’d want some sort of verification as to the accuracy and legitimacy of the information before splashing it all over the headlines.     
 

But as we recently saw with the Fox News/Dominion settlement.... the GOP folks have never had a high standards or regard for accurate and truthful reporting, now or in the past;  I see no reason to think this situation  would be any different.
