15 weeks seems reasonable. The law is basically not allowing them to sell the aborted fetus by making them cremate or intern. Making medically induced abortion providers get certified (granted who knows what the cert process would be) and can't provide medical induced pills by telehealth.

We already have age limitations written into the Constitution. It’s time to have maximums instead of just minimums.

In theory I would be fine with no age limits at all, but if we're going to have age minimums I support age maximums too.

70 is way too young. You could argue 80 is as well depending on the individual.

@Titans279 not sure whats funny about my previous post. Its a fact there are plenty of mentally sound people in their 70 and early 80s. Durbin is 77, Angus King is 78. Are they unfit to serve? where do you draw the line? Your real issue is that a bunch of old white people still run the country and you want younger voices at the table. I'm all in favor of consecutive term limits for congress but setting an arbitrary age max is a stupid idea as whatever age you set as the cap will cut out many capable people unless its 85+ which won't have the desired affect you are after.

No, for me it's about getting people unfit out of office. I don't care at all that there are younger voices at the table.

 

If I had to pick an arbitrary date right now I'd just say 80.

 

I might be for mandatory mental fitness tests after 65 or 70 instead. If someone is still sound of mind and 87 then I don't really care if they serve. If they are suffering from dementia then they should be deemed unfit and expelled if necessary.

Read this thread.... the idea canceling student debt is even remotely a priority is why the democrats suck and its a big reason why they are poised to lose to an authoritarian crazed party that should be at its weakest point since becoming a party.
