Manafort pretended to flip for the government, fed Trump lawyers info from the Mueller team and was promised a pardon by Trump, which he delivered on.

I haven't seen reports of people who would have changed their vote in 2016 because they got some Russian news. So not sure how you can claim that as a 'fact'.
 
However, we do know that Facebook and Twitter WRONGLY suppressed a story about Hunter Biden that would have changed votes.
