Receiver is and has been a major need, specifically at X. Our top receivers last year include a tight end who is no longer even on the roster. Tate is the best, most complete receiver in the class, the Titans spent like drunken housewives on defense in FA, and Borgonzi has spoken about getting Cam help.

Love is the most hyped, speculated offensive player to go to them. But I believe there are options they may like later for RB who give you a good bit of what Love gives you. If they are determined to draft an IOL early in the 2nd then that will take rhem into the 3rd before they can even address WR. By then, what's the point? You're just drafting guys who may be more developmental. We already have plenty of those.

Tater.

It’s either love or Reese /Bailey.  I’m operating under the assumption that Bailey goes 2.

I think they pivot if Bailey is available.  They hang up the phones on that one.

Reese?  Probably but I’m not totally sure .

Love , they probably take him unless they get a bag to move down

What happens at #2 also factors into the equation as whoever the Jets take could influence the demand for pick #3.

Is Bain definitely not a serious option anymore? I haven't been as engaged this draft cycle, I know there is the arm length thing and a recent legal issue, but he seems to have been removed entirely

Not unless they trade down

Bailey probably has more trade down value for the Cards than Reese.  The ideal scenario for the cards is trade down and take an OT.  Then use the extra pick to trade up for Simpson.
