Do you think that was a bit of an exaggeration? And yes, I remember Buddy saying that. I think he also said he was the best safety he’d ever coached & he coached some great ones. Dike is certainly a different animal and the new kick return rules make things a little unfair to go off raw numbers, but its hard to deny the results thus far. Idk wtf they were doign using him as a gadget guy and all the other short stuff. The dude ran digs and posts at florida and was good at it. Wards favorite stuff to throw are intermittent to deep crossers. It seemed like a match made in heaven, and they didn't want him doing it. Every route was designed to be executed exactly as called, no deviations? Everything had to be determined before the snap instead of dissecting on the fly?
