I personally hope there is a way we can drum up a trade for Jaylen Waddle, or even perhaps George Pickens. Just curious why you value Thieneman that much? For context, my son grew up with Dillon, I’ve watched him since pups in multiple sports- he’s a great kid and someone I think will play in the NFL as a solid starter. But at times he also got exposed (see the last 3 games v IU). I’d be excited if he was a Titan but I’m not sure why we would want to trade anything at this point to get him. It's just that Watts was a really good pick for the Falcons last year and Watts and Thieneman have similarites. It seems like he'd be a good pairing with Winston. But if you asked me if Thieneman would be an upgrade over Hooker I couldn't say. I just think we have bigger needs in the first 3 rounds than to draft Dillon. He is a smart, dependable safety, somewhat of a ballhawk and a good tackler who will likely play in the league many years. But he can be isolated in matchups and wasn’t a plus enough athlete to overwhelm those situations at a collegiate level. And as you say, we have bigger fish to fry.
