I don’t know anything about Fields…he certainly looks like a big physical WR with very good hands who’s excellent in contested catch situations.     But over the years I’ve become skeptical of

Isn't that what Ayomanor is supposed to be?

WRs are really hard to scout, other than the top prospects. GB always avoided them in the 1st for the reason.

What I know about this guy is that he had a really high contested catch rate, which doesn't bode well for his ability to get open in the NFL.

Yeah, since we have GB connections in the FO and coaching staff now, I doubt we’ll be spending a top 5 pick on a WR, given that we are also expected to spend (or trade) in FA at that spot.

it doesn’t mean they can’t use the 2nd rounder on a WR though.

You think Fields would last until the 3rd?

I know you didnt ask me but his stats look much more than a 3rd to me. If his contested catch rate was alot higher he would make more sense higher up. But i also haven't seen his actual tape just highlights.

I lived it a town like that when I was a kid.

Town i live in is getting more like that every day...  only with idiotic red flags.

I was born a Virginia fan and went there for college and seeing a thread dedicated solely to Malachi Fields on a Titans message board in February is not something I ever imagined I would see in my time.
