If the Chiefs were worried about Mahomes, I don't think they make any of the moves they have. They would just go through a 'rebuilding' year and get ready for next offseason. I like the move. I just meant that Mahomes is over the hill/washed, has been trending that way for a while, and that this is an indication the Chiefs are panicking. I was also sarcastically joking.
