You don't have to agree with me.  I actually haven't made any conclusions on who's guilty or innocent because I don't know either party's intent.  Simple stated that this could have been avoided and this tragedy is being used to score political points with emotional children who are highly opinionated with an unlimited amount of ignorance. 

Think with your brain, brother.  Your pecker's probably telling you to pander to the endless supply of liberal women.  Women are created emotional.  I'll let them be.  I expect men, on the other hand, to be able to be more reasonable and practical.

When I became a grown ass man, I stopped looking at life as if it's a Disney movie with clear cut villains and glorified heros.  In real life, the vast majority of people are in the middle of the good vs evil spectrum.

None of that matters. The ICE officer still used excessive force. He was not justified in what he did.
