Not unexpected as Brugler gave a 4th round grade to Kacmarek. Like I said in the mock draft thread it was laughable that all these mock draft simulators had him available in the 6th-7th rounds. I get that the simulators are a grain of salt type deal, especially the deeper into the draft you go (see TeSlaa last year), but I'm having a hard time seeing them draft any tight end that early.
