The real interesting variable if they end up choosing between Bain and Reese.

Bain is the finished product but Saleh in his Jets tenure liked taking lighter , more athletic Edge guys.

What about corners? Borgonzi supposedly likes the big, tall corners but is that as important to Saleh since he runs more zone?

Love immediately makes you a more explosive team. He's going to add 10-20 TDs a year through the run and pass game. He's going to upgrade your pass protection. He's going to force teams to account for

The Jaguars gave up what again for Travis Hunter? This notion we should take less capital is kind of mind boggling. If a team wants to move then they need to pay the full price.

Feel like Saleh would prefer Reese.

Have said it for months taking Reese at #4 would absolutely terrify me as you are taking a LB that you are hoping can become an elite pass rusher in the NFL.

The Combine/Ohio St pro day is going to be an interesting watch because one of the major selling points for Reese is he is an absolute athletic freak. He needs to test like a freak or it just opens more questions about his projection into the NFL.

I don't see him as an edge full-time

He needs to be a Fred Warner level LB to justify taking him at #4.

If you want a guy to disguise your defense, he's the guy.  Rush, cover, play the run sideline to sideline.

Draft night, jets and cards likely make our decision.

This is the only certainty right now Borgonzi's potential options are still to be determined by what happens in front of him.

Common sense regards what this draft has on offer suggests the Jets will likely go defense but the Cardinals are far less certain right now and free agency in a months time could be very telling for what Ossenfort is thinking at #3.

Tate or any of the other WR absoultely shouldn't be ruled out yet. It's way too early. How they attack FA and what they say at the combine and PC leading up to the draft will say a lot about the direction they're leaning.

I'd like to think Borg was watching the leap Maye and Williams made in year 2 and what those teams were doing to help those QB. We have to do something to help Ward beyond Daboll. We'll see what the strategy is.

Wouldn't hate it if it netted Borgonzi a 2027 first rounder.

Imagine if the Cowboys trade 12 and 20 to the Titans for 4 and Bain winds up dropping to 12 because of the arm length stuff.
