Looking at the two schedules and with the nfl nice enough to make the last week all divison games so those are kinda pushes. 

 

We we would be rooting for the bucs, falcons and bengals to win. Theb rooting against kc, denver and Cleveland(clevland assuming we dont win)

First we dont trade back we dont get winston who looked great before he was moved out of position because of injuries, and still looked ok. 

 

I get burden is on a team with a much more loaded skill position geoup but burdens stats are similar to dike and ayo. They both also conversely dont have anyone to draw attention away from them. 

 

I just dont see why you would give up femi and winston for burden, even if femi is a total bust winston has shown more upside to date in a smaller sample size be it at a less high profile position.

Don't think anyone on here was clamoring for Winston with our minimal picks. Therefore I don't see Winston being relevant at all.

 

The consensus picks to me were Ward and Burden. Nobody had us trading down drafting Femi and getting Winston in the 3rd.

 

Therefore, I'll always say it should have been Ward and Burden.

Ill admit I never even scouted winston, i was looking at round 4-6 safties. I didnt want anything to do with picking at the top of the 2nd unless it was to draft EZ, i was team trade back if he wasnt the guy.

Hindsight I like what we did in the draft.

 

Just would have liked us drafting Ward, Burden and Skattebo with our first 3 picks, then going all out on defense.

I would have been ok with Skattebo at 4 but it never felt like a possibility to me after we drafted ward. I never liked burden, i thought the character stuff was to much of a risk for our situation. 

 

My dream scenario was trade back, kyle williams in the 2nd and femi in the 3rd. 

 

Idk why the patriots dont use kyle at all but I still think he will be very good. Probably isnt a plus blocker and vrable is a cunt.

5th is still possible if the games that affect the tiebreaker with the Cardinals don't go our way.

 

The entire mathematical range depending on both the Titans result and other results is anywhere between 2nd-7th.

Femi is the biggest bogey from the rookies. We really have no idea what he’ll turn into with him losing so much time this season when he’s still learning the position. Physical attributes are there, seems like a hard worker, but he needs the biggest improvement year over year from the entire class, imo.

Ya  he was definitely a work in progress. It sucks his first good game was the one he got hurt in.

It was the off the field concerns with him, he likely would have been a late first round pick otherwise. I dont think he was ever an option for borgo between his insistence on high character in that draft as well as the real need to trade back.
