Yes he was incredibly quiet today but for anyone that actually watched the game Shane Bowen employed Vrabel's favourite mush rush to try and stop a mobile QB in Hurts. They weren't consistently lining up their EDGE guys out wider allowing them to scream up field and potentially open running lanes for Hurts. Saying Carter is better than everyone on the Titans DL other than Simmons isn’t a win either. Carter was going to be good and everyone knew it. It was going to be a shitshow outside of Simmons and the hope of Sweat and they needed to upgrade of pass rushers. Titans upgraded at QB which was needed (neverlevis) they had so many holes to fill in the draft with limit capital and I’d rather have Ward at qb than what’s coming out this year. There’s good pass rushers coming out and Ward has shown some promise this year. Injured maybe? I think he's physically fine. He's just an erratic mediocre passer. Last year the Eagles had one of the most talented rosters in the last 20 years and their running game was historic. The roster has holes now and teams are stopping the running game.
