Can we pin the Truth Social DM to Bondi that Trump mistakenly made public to this thread?    The one he deleted. The one where he incriminates himself. That’s the one.    It’s rather imp

Garland and the DOJ waited so long until the election was too close to prosecute Trump like they should have.    Worst job of Biden to go after his political opponents of all time

Statistically, Comey will be indicted eventually if they just keep trying. At some point you have to have the stars align.

Of course, then they have to go to trial and it all dies there; probably gets thrown out for obvious reasons. But an indictment is theoretically possible if they never stop trying.

And these things matter to the dumbest motherfuckers.

Whatever, like you predicted this.   James is still not in the clear yet as the DOJ could attempt to bring the charges before a grand jury again, preferably a jury not full of libtards.

Sure, the DOJ might try to get an indictment on charges she paid hush money to a porn star…

James is guilty and should be convicted.   Comey may get off.

The Justice Department failed again to indict New York Attorney General James on Thursday – the second time in as many weeks it has sought to revive a mortgage fraud case against her amid President Donald Trump’s pressure to prosecute his political adversaries.

A grand jury in Alexandria, Virginia, rejected federal prosecutors’ latest attempt to charge James, according to a person familiar with the proceedings granted anonymity to discuss the matter.

A grand jury in Norfolk, Virginia, turned down an indictment against James last week. An Alexandria-based grand jury indicted James in October on fraud-related counts, but that case was thrown out last month after a federal judge ruled that the lead prosecutor — former Trump personal lawyer Lindsey Halligan — was illegally appointed to her position.

The Grand Jury, which should be a shoe-in under normal circumstances, must be filled with Libtards!

Do you ever get tired of being wrong?  It's honestly embarrassing.

This FoxNews article offers a textbook illustration of how conservative media makes their point and keeps readers safely in their conservative bubble by deliberately distorting and omitting critical information.

https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/mike-davis-clinton-appointed-judge-once-again-sabotages-dojs-comey-case

This author goes off on all these supposedly weaponized radical leftist judges using lawfare to protect Comey from justice.

But while whipping his readers into a raging frenzy over biased,  weaponized judges…the author conveniently fails to mention that most of the evidence the federal prosecutor presented to the grand jury was obtained without a warrant.

The author also conveniently forgets to mention that a previous court order had ordered that the information be destroyed after the original case was dismissed.... but federal investigators chose to defy that court order and retained the information anyway. (Which had been ruled inadmissible in the previous trial as well, BTW)

The author of this article makes a very strong and persuasive argument, but deliberately misleads readers by omitting enormous chunks of critical information that illustrate the federal prosecutor’s incompetent screw-ups and mishandling of the case.  Because the author knows his readers won't bother to read the judges' actual rulings or do anything to venture outside the comfort of their bubble.

The problem is that Republicans do not care about law and order, instead they are mired in identity politics and obsessed with revenge to reclaim lost pride.

That what they mean by “order”. They aren’t really concerned about the “law” part.

Republicans and conservatives care about 1 thing a 1 thing only; Obtaining and then abusing power. That's it. It's why the only way to effectively combat them is to strip them of it and put them in a fucking corner. The mid-terms will help.

To them order means "the way I want things to be". Anything that aligns with their personal vision is divine order and anything that strays from it is evil chaos. MAGAs are the most simple and simple-minded creatures on earth which is why their media apparatus leads them by the nose so easily and effectively. Remember their little tantrum about the Epstein files and how we all knew they're hop right back on the Trump cock? It happened even faster than I expected. The servile little cucks.
