When Sansa was asking the maester how long the longest winter had been he said he would check Maester Luwin's records. When he said that Luwin "kept a copy of every raven scroll", Littlefinger turned to look at him with a concerned look. I think he is concerned Sansa will find the scroll from the start of the series that Lysa sent to Kat. Maybe there is some way she could figure out he started all of this. It did seem like D&D were trying to parallel Cersei gloating to Oberyn gloating (she even outright says this), but I just don't see how they make it out alive.
