It's a JOB for them and fair or not the Titans let these guys go. Mason, Rolle, McNair owed Titan fans nothing and neither does Henry. The team in each case opted to move on and the player's picked the best options for them.....Baltimore for each one. It's called being an adult. Ninja is being a Nancy, but it definitely sucked watching the A squad get sent to Baltimore followed a generation later by the only HOF player we've drafted since moving to Nashville.
