Both the Browns and Texans gave picks 33 and 34 fully guaranteed contracts which has now screwed all the other teams and their 2nd round picks.

The NFL should void those contracts and force the players for both teams to be paid with nothing but toothy blowjobs. Either that or make them play for other teams.

It's always a bad year to get a QB in free agency.....

So Ryan Stonehouse just signed with Miami… to play for ST coordinator Craig AUKERMAN that almost ended his career! Good luck Stoney! 😳

Pretty easy solution for teams on this one.

I get that teams can be quite "poachery" when it comes to screwing over players, but Quinshon Judkins couldn't have made the opposite point with any better timing than he judk did. Would you want to be on the guaranteed hook financially for some of these guys even in the 1st round, let alone in later rounds?

Slippery slopes tend to be fallacies argued by fearful people incapable of making valid points.

Funny coming from the guy who didnt make an argument himself.

The precedent is set by multiple teams. The only argument to make is why not to follow it.

Fans love to support the teams over the players, which is pretty funny, but I got over arguing that years ago. Go ahead and believe as you wish.

My comment has nothing to do with should or shouldnt they give out fully guranteed contracts.

You saying just do it isn't and argument. Neither is, well this team did it.

Come up with a reason or dont try and talk shit about other people having opinions without an argument.

Do you get it now or do I gota treat you like a 6 year old and quote you every moms favorite if they jumped off a bridge would you do it line?

Go ahead and look up the meaning and implications of a precedent. It is its own argument.

Frankly, if you're so interested in arguing on the Internet that you pick an obviously self-aborted argument as a sticking point, I could not care less. It's not worth my time.

Have a shitty day.

I'd be willing to bet most teams are willing to play hard ball with 2nd round picks. They aren't as dependent on needing 2nd rounders to play.

2nd rounders also don't have a lot of leverage, going back to the draft as a 2nd rounder would be huge risk.

Teams are going to squash these guys imo
