As far as SV 40 is concerned, my research of the literature suggests that there may be a relationship with primary glioblastomas of the brain and lymphomas and the polio vaccines administered before 1966. However, since approximately 18% of people in the general population are positive for SV40 without exposure through vaccination, proving it statistically is very difficult.  Today's vaccines have not been developed in monkey kidney cells so do not contain SV40.  I could not find any references to cholangio-carcinoma or carcinoma of the pancreas and SV40.
