1. I like AAS, but she may have to do some real self evaluation. Did she make hires strictly to be involved in football decisions or with the best football people in mind?   2. Levis is not

Vrabel absolutely should have been fired and they should have let Henry walk, regardless of what he's doing with the Ravens.   The majority of the team's problems are on the QB

do you ever dream of how good we used to have it ?

I agree. I just don't know where Amy goes if she pulls the plug on him virtually after one year. Especially because she made it clear that's who she trusts the lead the organization. She's absolutely got to remove herself so she can properly make the right decisions when the time comes.

They will both be back for 2025 and if there isn't a huge improvement next season there will be a new regime in charge for 2026 and beyond.

I think the noise is about to be turned way up on him if next week is a similar performance. The city and fanbase will make it known and then by November the city will stop caring which will speak even louder.

Worst is Callahan doesn't really have the cache to buy any faith from the fanbase

They just make moves without cohesion.  They have a decent team, but they spent a lot of money.  They sign Ridley and Boyd without a QB.  You can't bring in players who are used to producing and have no way to get them the ball.  If you are just trying to sell PSLs, but that's just going to help a little.

The real question is how does the foundation of collaboration by the organization play into the evaluation of Callahan?

If you're Ran, there's no way you can't be concerned-- and his wagon is hitched to Callahan. If you're having second thoughts, is that a conversatuon between him and Amy? Brinker? Is Callahan privy to that?

I don't think Ran is responsible for all this.  Too much total house cleaning.  Every time, nobody on the A list even comes to apply.  You see what the top teams do.  Do you have an organization like theirs?

Imagine firing two coaches in two years. The inherited one was relatively successful. The guy you hired gets fired in 12 months.

I don’t think any GM would be willing to do that.

I keep saying this but no one wants to listen.  The proper strategy is to keep dedicating all resources to finding a real franchise QB.

I don't know about everything, but grabbing QB's because they fall out of the first round isn't working.

No.  Perhaps this is the only thing keeping the Titans from winning multiple Super Bowls??

They seem pretty old school, so I think a strongly-worded email would be the best approach.

I wouldn’t bother with actually sending a letter. With email, you can add emojis to better convey your feelings.

Yes, that is not working.  Nor is continuing to spend high draft picks on QB's who end up being busts due to being improperly evaluated by a front office that doesn't know how to evaluate or develop a QB properly.

We can all talk about historic busts on other teams like Jamarcus Russell and Tim Couch but ask yourself this.  Is there another franchise with a worse track record than the Titans over the past 20 years?  VY, Locker, Mariota, Levis.  Tell me who has been worse.

I think I just discovered the problem.  They're so old school they don't even have email yet.  I should definitely send a letter, preferably via carrier pidgeon.

Holz has one years experience as an OC at the college level, Wilson has zero as a DC, Callahan has zero as a HC or playcaller; there were bound to be growing pains installing new systems and bascially learning on the job. Bill C is the only one on the staff with HC experience and who knows how the family dynamics play out there. Wilson actually seems like the only one ready for his job at his spot. Hopefully this all improves and they keep Rudolph in there at least for a few weeks to take erratic QB play out of the equation.
