Come on bro.  Watch the beginning of the video.  He acted the opposite of perfect.  He acted with complete disrespect and disobedience.

And yes, when a cop tells you to do something like get out of the car or sit down, you should do it without question instead of trying to be some kind of rebel.

I think all of us here recognize that Tyreek is a moron and that he did himself no favors at all with his behavior and that his press conference was lying bullshit.

But what these cops did is not acceptable.

Both things can, and in this case, are true.

They are supposed to be professionals and if they can't handle their emotions better then they should not be on the streets as LEOs.

That video is a bad look on everyone in it.   Tyreek is a moron.   The cops think they can be assholes and attack people while hiding behind weapons and a badge.   Talk l

Cops legally don't have to protect citizens. If they see a known attacker with a weapon, they can ignore the person. This has been upheld in court multiple times.   However, cops are also al

This attitude that anything short of model behavior gives cops the green-light to use excessive force is directly what leads to people getting shot for little reason. I get that cops have a tough job

He didn’t need to get out dumbass. They never even told him what he was pulled over for. And Tyreek opened the door and was getting out of the car when they attacked him. And then they didn’t it again after they let him up for no reason at all.

I'm confused

Florida statute 332.15.

Florida Statute 322.15 of the Motor Vehicles chapter of the Florida Statutes states that drivers must have their driver's license in their immediate possession and present it upon request when operating a motor vehicle. The license must be legible and not altered, defaced, mutilated, or faded. Drivers can also present a digital copy of their license.

Also checked out 901.151, didn't know that either.

What law/whatever are you talking about gives Hill the reason to not show his license when asked?

No.

Tyreek did not open the door. The police did. That is very clear in the video.

I get that cops have a tough job but it's the job they chose and they should carry it out professionally. They also endanger themselves when they behave in this way. I think we need to fundamentally change how we execute traffic stops. Given modern tech there has to be a better way to handle this.

Let's pretend this is you.

This happens to you and you go home and show the video to your children.

What are you going to teach them?

Be direct and tell me what your point is. No one is realistically showing that video to their children.

4th amendment and 5th amendment supersedes that law.

No, this isn't ticktock or YouTube

Answer the question.  This is the lack of accountability culture and watching morons on social media to educate them

You want to call people dumb and then want to make that type of comment?  Make some effort.

He probably watched a bunch of TikTok vids of cops getting trolled by instigators flexing their pocket Constitutions.

If an officer gives you an order, it's best to follow that order. You can clarify by asking if they're giving you an order so that you may preserve or assert your rights in court.

As for the cop's behavior, didn't he stop him for 120mph? You realize that this officer might've seen a dead kid after an accident where the accused was doing 100mph and hit an innocent person? Or the last time he pulled over someone acting like this they grabbed a gun and shot at his partner? I'd be upset if I was that cop too. He's probably upset cause Hill acts like he's above the law and does 120mph thru the city where the cop's wife and kids live. And then when he gets pulled over, he acts like a jackass and calls his agent lol

I've seen this referenced a bunch of times. Was he really pulled over for doing 100mph in a 55mph zone?
