Lots of crickets here.   Stock at $48.68.   Trump's worth.....$5.2B.    But yeah, Trump is the worst businessman ever.  Lol!

You should go buy some if you think it's good value.

As a businessman, Trump always seems to associate with bad actors and sketchy firms.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -Auditor BF Borgers and its owner Benjamin Borgers, whose clients include Trump Media , were charged by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with “massive fraud” that affected more than 1,500 SEC filings, the agency said on Friday.

BF Borgers agreed to pay a $12 million civil penalty, and Benjamin Borgers agreed to pay $2 million, to settle the SEC's charges. They also agreed to permanent suspensions from practicing as accountants on SEC filings, effective immediately.

Borgers did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Reuters could not immediately ascertain which filings or companies had been affected. The SEC, however, said a "significant" number of listed companies will have to switch accountants in coming days as a result of the enforcement action.

You seem unaware, but you are more likely highlighting a problem rather than Trump's business savvy.  Institutional holdings -- Wall St firms and big pensions/insurance portfolios; the people who pull down seven figure compensation to invest well -- is <2% at the moment for Trump media.  As a comparison, Rumble (similar social media company, revenue of $80m), has >20% institutional holdings.  This indicates that the retail individual investors are inflating the price far in excess of the tangible growth prospects for Trump Media -- ie, it's more of a meme stock than a great business model and the 5bil you glibly attribute to Trump comes in large part from this bubble representing a wealth transfer to Trump from individual investors, who likely don't know any better.  But the institutional money managers do, and pay attention to stuff like an auditor's comments questioning Trump media as an ongoing concern.

tl;dr -- you are more likely highlighting Trump's overall con game than dunking on anyone. But it's been that way for the better part of a decade and you're reflexive in your defenses of Trump rather than discerning or even caring what makes sense.

The business is losing money hand over fist. The stock is only high because he has an army of suckers propping it up despite the terrible financials.

I posted a couple weeks ago that I had made a quick $6k off the crooked mofo, but have been slowly selling the rest since then.  Back when the pos stock bottomed and I said to buybuybuy, I had bought about $10k worth of DJT and DJTWW, split almost even at $5k of each symbol.

After selling most of both stocks, I only have about $2300 total left in them to sell.  Sold some more when DJT broke 50 bucks a share.  Left AMZN in there for price reference purposes, since it is at the top.  Made a couple G's off that also from a recent buy.  A screenie of the current DJT / DJTWW progress from yesterday's close.

I guess there is nothing illegal, they just assume in a free market capitolist country if a bunch of stupid fucks want to lose their money they are free to do so.

@El Guapo, serious question, how many shares did you buy?

Well, if he bought when you suggested, April 15, it was $26.61. He would have doubled his money as of yesterday.
