Seems like there was a consensus on a lottery, we just need to decide how many teams from the bottom of the league are entered and how to implement it. Feels like it should be the bottom 4 teams. Not sure what the best way to conduct a lottery is but presumably the commish would be responsible as long as they aren’t a lottery team and otherwise should be managed by a co-commish. I think we should hear back from @TitansGuru and get a run down on the idea he had. From what I remember it's just math/code that minimizes the human element, which is what I liked about it. As the official new guru the plan is to place top 4 picks into a pot, then I pick which one I want and the rest are handed out in alphabetical order. Giving out an extra pick at the end ofnthe first or 2nd round to the winner of the Consolation bracket.
