What Trump has done is much, much worse than Nixon. No comparison.

Was Hunter indicted?

There needs to be a strong deterrent to this happening again.

Wow.....this looney bitch sounds like a REAL winner.   And highly intelligent,  too:   arrested four times in the past year for threatening bodily harm against others, with two convictions so far;   her most recent threat and arrest occurred while was still out on bond from her last arrest.

A couple excerpts from the article:

In a criminal complaint filed Friday, federal investigators say Abigail Jo Shry, of Alvin, Texas, left a voicemail on Aug. 5 threatening to kill U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan and Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX).

....

The complaint charges Shry with one count of transmitting a threat to injure another person – a felony that carries a maximum prison term of up to five years. According to the complaint, although Shry admitted to making the call she denied any plans to travel to D.C. or Houston to carry out anything she stated, “adding that if Sheila Jackson Lee comes to Alvin, then we need to worry.”

.....

On Monday, a federal judge in Texas ordered Shry held without bond during a preliminary detention hearing. Magistrate Judge Sam S. Sheldon’s detention order noted Shry has been charged four times in the past year for engaging in similar conduct, including at least two cases that resulted in conviction and 30 days imprisonment. According to Sheldon, Shry was also charged on July 11 with misdemeanor threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury and was on bond in that case when she made the alleged call to Chutkan’s office in D.C.

Shocking...

Was just discussing with my wife yesterday that I'm fearful that the Georgia case could get very ugly. I'm hopeful the authorities can snuff this behavior out quickly, but it's a real concern given the parties involved and the location.

This shit is exactly what was so appalling about Judge Cannon’s ridiculous ruling against keeping the list of witnesses under seal….because in these cases, witness intimidation is obvious and completely predictable;  we know for an absolute fact that it’s going to happen.

The very minute any names are leaked to social media, every name on the list and their families will immediately be  targeted and subjected to intimidation and threats of death and physical violence.

There’s absolutely no question as to IF it will happen or WHEN;  it’s 100% guaranteed that they will immediately start receiving threats the day their names are released .

Given the high profile nature of these cases and their national implications, we can only hope the DOJ and FBI will be particularly aggressive and vigilant about quickly identifying the useless redneck pieces of shit who do this and show them what a REAL loss of freedom feels like,

An AP article that discusses the defense team’s plans to make the First Amendment the focus of Trump’s  defense,  Trump’s historically tenuous relationship with the truth, the lack of

precedent for such a position, and how Jack Smith’s indictment cuts off this position at the knees with charges that have nothing whatsoever to do with freedom of speech,

It's bc he has no defense. His only chance is a partisan jury or to delay and win reelection.

The failed District Attorney of Fulton County (Atlanta), Fani Willis, insisted on a $200,000 Bond from me. I assume, therefore, that she thought I was a “flight” risk – I’d fly far away, maybe to Russia, Russia, Russia, share a gold domed suite with Vladimir, never to be seen or heard from again. Would I be able to take my very “understated” airplane with the gold TRUMP affixed for all to see. Probably not, I’d be much better off flying commercial – I’m sure nobody would recognize me!
