Read the OP. We'd be passing more the higher he goes up this year's particular tiers ... that's all I'd say.

Needs. No team wants to run instead of pass in today's league. Which is why the other QBs in tier 3 are largely similar in holes, ceiling etc.

But sure, Tannehill is magically different and is only playing this way because our staff somehow believe Tom Brady dominating for two decade means passing for 76 yards in playoff game is the way to win.

 

Forget passing, running looks prettier. It just doesn't sound logical.

Rodgers passed it 530 times each of the last two years. That isn't even his lowest career attempts. Also this was done to preserve his career as he's getting older. 

 

In 2021, Tannehill passed for 500+ attempts for the first time since his Dolphins days and you saw the result. So does Tannehill need it? Well what does his career history say?

The Titans improved the offense around him, they correctly knew that was the problem last season 

The scheme was largely dictated by the lack of availability of key players last year. There's no way they gave up the draft capital they did and paid the money they did to Julio without offering both him and AJ significant targets.
