I wondered how posters here would react if:

Your supervisor gives you a special project requiring you to work many more hours than normal for 7 straight days, say 12 hours a day for 7 straight days, promising to give you a $2500 bonus on top of your pay.  Then after 6 straight days, you are 10 hours into your 7th day when your supervisor tells you the project is over and you can leave and then as you are leaving says, "oh you missed the 7th 12 hour day, so sorry no bonus."

I doubt any would say, "bad josh, too bad I missed my bonus, but thanks boss for giving me the chance."  Instead I suspect many might get arrested from their reactions.

They tried to put him back in the game.

Hmmmmmm, seems that after missing practice late in the week - Brown contended that he was not healthy enough to go back in the game despite Arians telling him to - which prompted Arians to cut him on the spot and tell him to leave the sidelines. Thus the manner in which he departed.

Can someone explain the way Arians was with Brown? It seems he was fairly adversarial with him from the very start. I know they had some time together in Pittsburgh for a year or two when he was the OC.

I think you answered your own question. I’m sure Tomlin told him to stay away also. But Brady got his way.
