People going to say he needs to back up all this talk which is true, but I can't remember drafting or signing a CB with this much confidence in his abilities. Its refreshing

I cant wait to see him in practice line up against AJ.

Hopefully open practices will be back this year

Some teams are already making plans for 5000 fans to attend training camp practices, unfortunately due to construction at Titans HQ its unlikely they will be having fans at training camp this year.

I’m getting false bravado and inauthentic vibes

Serious?

That’s odd. lol I get the opposite vibe.

he says it like it’s something he has already done and is comfortable saying it.

When he locks down teams #1 WR everyone is going to be elated.

Imagine the team having Patrick Peterson in his prime? If you don’t like that comparison then you can go ahead and imagine if Ramsey was a Titan or if Farley is identical to Revis or Talib in their primes.

I am going to be hella excited and can’t wait to see him lock up with Hopkins week one. If he comes out the gate locking down Hopkins to the tune of 3 or 4 catches less than 50 yards this board will go nuts.

He is going to help the third down defense and pass rush big time.

He is very confident, but my impression is the confidence comes from a sensible place - he knows he is fast and athletic, big, and he knows he was a top performing CB in CFB despite not really being at the position for very long. Basically, he knows it is up to him how good he wants to be in the NFL, and if you are dedicated to maximizing that, the confidence would be hard to suppress.

Having said that I was impressed after Wilson's interview on BWTB and things almost went immediately south after that. Not that Farley has the same risks but you don't really know what's going on in their heads, he could be thinking he is going to be an elite CB from day 1 and not have to put in the work.

It can go one of two ways. There's the Wilson part where they're delusional and don't put in the work. Or he's an alpha dog like a Mathieu/Jalen Ramsey who knows how good he is. We'll see what it turns into.
