I blasted them more than anyone for paying Amano the big deal, I said they should have signed Myers last year to start at center, I said that Hutchison was a stupid signing and said if they were going to draft an OL in the top 10 it should have been Fluker, who has been very good. You also said the OL was fine with Harris, Amano, and Scott; that no OG would be taken in the 1st round; and that Scott should be re-signed by the Titans. You also seem to be against any big contract the Titans offer (Amano, CJ, McCourty), so that isn't really a credit to you, and everyone understood the Hutch signing to be an attempt to fix OL issues while still making the owner happy by going after Jughead. It would have been nice to get Myers last year (or any of the centers they brought in), but I'm happy with Schwenke, and still think the line will be fine despite the early struggles. Ironically, regardless of coaching change or not, when we cut bait from your favorite whipping boy, CJ, and the line has an off-season to work together, things will undoubtedly improve next year. However, the game itself has regressed to the point of being a ridiculous waste of time. The AFC vs NFC theme has been abandoned for a non conference streetball format with teams being selected by Jerry Rice and Deion Sanders. What a completely sick joke to play on the public! Turning that function over to those two egotistical clowns is about as far from professional as it gets. At one point, the show host asked Barnwell who he considered to be the league's best unknown players....guys who had performed at a All Pro level this year, but who national audiences had probably never heard of.
