Because the NFL, scouts, and media members conspire to elevate certain prospects so that bad teams will take them and stay bad. And the preferred teams will get the good prospects. The NFL Illuminati plays dirty - this has been well-documented. Mostly by me, but others are catching on. SleepingTitan
The guy will probably be a star, but this gamble would be moronic: 1. Already have serviceable RB with considerable investment. 2. Holes at premium and more important positions: WR, CB, LT, C, RG, EDGE 3. The opportunity cost in addition to the draft capital at 4 (vs trading back or plugging a hole above) is simply too much for this luxury

They have a top 5 QB and WR. There's a good argument that those two are the BEST QB + WR duo. They're like the Jets/Browns, but for OFF. Jets somehow find these incredible defensive players but can never find a QB. They basically lit their 1st rounder on fire instead of signing Hendrickson. TerryBoats
Look at the first play... Look at the first play.... Love is basically a full-sized Jahmyr Gibbs with the length and hands of a WR. He can be insanely effective in the NFL under a coach who doesn't suck balls.
