with the easiest schedule in 30 years and the easiest playoff bracket of all time. @Callidus is right. The pats dont make the playoffs if they play the titans schedule.

Just nonsense hypotheticals. None of that matters if they win the Super Bowl

You play whats infront of you like every team has to. The Bears and Broncos had super easy schedules and you haven’t said anything

And again, the Patriots WERE the easy game on everyone’s schedule until Vrabel came in and literally turned the roster from a doormat to respectable and the coaching staff from

awful to great…

This isn't sour grapes...   NE was the luckiest team in NFL history to make the SB

Watching the NFC title game after the cripple fight that was the AFC was like a different sport.

I was equally shocked when he stood on a table for panda and blow his load on live tv for willis. The roster wasn't just on jrob, even if he deserves the majority of the blame.

The scariest part of all this, is hiring Saleh is basically an admission that we screwed up with Vrabel.

Saleh is basically the poor mans, less accomplished, Vrabel.

Vrabel may be the best defensive playoff coach I've seen.  He's currently holding opposing offenses to under 17 PPG over his playoff career.

Saleh's defenses look better than Vrabel's ever did per the box score during the regular season.  The question is how he fares in these situations.  Which is hard to gauge because the 49ers sucked during most of his tenure, and the Jets during his entire tenure.

You sure do love not adding context. Maye’s jump from rookie to second year is the biggest contributor. Come on, man!

Sure buddy. Vrabel is a good coach and he did a lot of things well this year. Mcdaniels was a fantastic hire and Maye is awesome. They also hit on a ton of FAs. Bit stopbthw worst to first crap. They were super fortunate more than any team in history. Both are true.

This is honestly a new low for this franchise.  First AJ, now Vrabel.  It doesn’t matter what the SB outcome is….we clearly fucked up and are left with a depleated roster, and the poor man’s Vrabel.

Vrabel made hot chicken out of chicken shit….  @OILERMAN and the other fanboys, following a decade+ of losing/unwatchable football, had no idea what they were seeing and who or why we were winning.  Vrabel will keep winning and this is going to sting for years and years

Literally what I said in my first post. They are super fortunate but it’s a seriously impressive job in the first year
