Powell said that on Friday “the Department of Justice served the Federal Reserve with grand jury subpoenas threatening a criminal indictment related to my testimony before the Senate Banking Committee last June. That testimony concerned in part, a multi-year project to renovate historic Federal Reserve office buildings,” he said. 9 Nines Posted January 12 Report Share Posted January 12 As active as I am in the market, e.g. I might have violated the 390 Professional Orders Rule last year (I was doing about 600+ options orders per day toward the end of October) I am not too invested, maybe 30% tops and half of that is in in overseas funds.
