If Borgonzi released both Sneed and Ridley the Titans would have more effective cap space than the Raiders. PK seems to think that decision is dependant on what happens in FA. Personally there is no way Borgonzi should be paying north of $20 million to a 32y/o WR coming off a season ruined by hamstring issue and then a broken leg.
