Titans Get The #4 Pick In The Draft

I want a badass #1 WR too... but just because he;s the clear early option this draft doesnt mean he's a #1

The thing is there are many types of #1 WR and they don’t all have to be acquired with a top 5 pick,  Collins , St Brown, Tyreek Hill, Metcalf, Terry McClaurin all sub round 1 guys.

Also bigger priority on playmaking as opposed to bulk production.

Bell projects more as a slot/Z though. Lance projects more as an X/boundary. (*) Depends on what the Titans are after. They both had great combines though and they both have good to great grades the last two years. The thing that bothers me about Bell is the career drop percentage (9.8%). He only dropped 4 passes out of 141 targets in 2025, which shows a massive improvement on a bigger work load. But he had a major problem with drops the previous 3 seasons (14%, 15%, and 14%) on far fewer targets. After what we had to deal with in 2025 I would want to make sure he's finally put that behind him.

*I know you weren't comparing Bell and Lance, but you responded to rns90 regarding Tate (another X candidate), who I responded to.

Both Lance and Hurst were boundary guys with needs to refine the route tree.  hurst reminded me of Tre Harris who went last year to LAC.

I will say that Lance ran a mean slant totally cooked the CB.  Wished he ran more of those in breaking routes.

Love immediately makes you a more explosive team. He's going to add 10-20 TDs a year through the run and pass game. He's going to upgrade your pass protection. He's going to force teams to account for

lol

Love is at least an elite pass catcher and 3 down RB.    I'm torn.    He'd be the best RB by a mile since Earl   Plus I'm already itching to turn on him

Just drafted two of them in my last mock.

So the slot/z guy which we wont need if they sign robinson (unless you don't want chim on the field), and the small and short armed corner and linebacker when they've explicitly said they want length at those positions

I like the cut of your jib

Beginning of the 3rd round is just fine for WR.

Bell isnt a slot...He is THE most alignment versatile WR in this draft. One of the main requirements for our EP Offense is... alignment versatility.

I also dont think we dump Ridley. He knows Cam/Daboll and we dont have to off-load him. There's also like 20 dudes as good or better than Dike/Ayo coming out... and half of them are big fast dudes that do well with contested catches too (not AS good but still)..

We dont have to chase the first WR

I feel like this is one of those drafts where someone round 2-4 outperforms the 1st round WR. 2019 and 2015 good examples of that.

Both corners are 6'3+ with 33"+ arms.

If robinson is playing the slot omar has no problem replacing ridley and can play some at x, maybe even grow into it full time. He is 6' 200.

Sure the lbs are a little on the small side but I said that.

Egbuka got drafted at 18.... not 4. ... I'd be ecstatic if we traded back to 18-24 and got Tate.

This. I think most people believe Tate will be "good" but we're picking at 4. You got to get an impact player at 4. I feel like Tate is a lot closer to Corey Davis, Amari Cooper, Mike Williams, etc coming out of the draft than the Julio Jones, Nabers, etc

Not really a bold statement. Everybody should agree with that

They've been staples in a bunch of mine. Cooper is newer, but they're always targets.

And for the record, I don't especially want Robinson signed here but I get it if that's who Daboll wants. He has history with the guy.
