The Brownlee stuff is hilarious. He was a part of a defense that gave up 38 points and 400 yards.

Like Jeffery Simmons does every week this season?

That's a bad argument

And the point is they gave up a starting CB for nothing and need his position replaced

How stupid is Jerry Jones? He traded away the player who would have made them a SB contender. The opposite of Jimmy trading for Charles Haley in the 90s

The Raiders aren't giving up one of the premier pass rushers in the league. No one is that stupid

Unless McCarthy comes back looking a lot better than he did prior to getting injured the Vikings are staring down a lost season and an offseason wondering whether they made a colossal mistake letting

They can't pass on Bain, even for a haul imo.

I love Bain, but it depends on the haul. We have a QB which is the only position you never pass on. But if the haul is hefty then you probably take it, especially considering this is a pretty deep edge class in terms of high level rushers in the top half of the draft (Bain, Faulk, Reese, Bailey, Parker)

It comes down to how far down would the be willing to go and risk not getting the #1 EDGE. Trading down a few spots and still getting your choice od EDGE is fine. What they cant do is trade back to the bottom of the top 10 and miss out on playmakers. I get the draft nerds always love more/future picks but you need playmakers to fix this roster.

Cowboys giving up 6.7yds a carry today call me totally shocked an aging Kenny Clark did nothing to help them in that regard.

Borgonzi should call Jerry and offer up our 375lb NT that gets manhandled and has his back turned towards the play far too often.

Hey, they have the extra 1sts. Milk that senile fart's team for all it's worth.

I don't think they would trade that far down. They know they can't afford to and judging how bad some of these other teams are and how desperate they may be for a QB they won't have to.

Honestly, it looks like it could be a reboot ofclast yesr's draft scenario with the Jets taking the place of the Giants. The difference being we'll already have our QB and Borgonzi will be able to get more of his ideal edge rusher in Bain.

I was listening to Texans radio on the way to work this morning, and they were talking about what they need to add by the trade deadline to make a playoff push. They stammered around for a couple minutes and then all agreed they are completely loaded at all positions and don't need anything. I saw the SF game yesterday, and I think they're right.

It's tearing me up inside how much talent they have across the board, while we have basically none whatsoever. I can't understand it.

Two fuck head gms in a row with mostly wasted picks and almost no successful free agent acquisitions.

5 is the lowest I’d go.  After that you get into that tier where the playmakers /elite players fall off.

While I think bain is in a tier of his own, there are a few guys that should be available in the top 10 worth a trade bacm if the price is right. The dream though is the saints or jets falling in love with a qb so we can likely stay in the top 3 and still get bain.

Going off the current draft order aince its all i got and it feels like the worst 3 are the top 3 currently.

There are really just 3 possible games where we could win.. Browns, Saints, and the finale against the Jags depending on the playoff implications.. more likely we win against the Saints but lose the other 2.. but a loss of all remaining games puts us at the 2nd pick at worst and perhaps we can get to #1 if the jets win against..

Every year we see bad teams beat good teams. The Browns took down the Packers earlier in the season, the Saints were in the game late against the Bills, 49ers, and Patriots. The Titans will be in some games as the season goes in and may even win 1 or 2. Its a lock that the bottom 3 teams aren't going to finish 1 or 2 wins.
