oldschool
Can't believe the letter showed up in this episode. Also how weak was the Dothraki fire scene? Lol.

I literally laughed when they were discussing it in the after episode thing. "Dany is so strong that even when she has no power and no dragons she kills all the Khals." Yeah, all it took was absurd plot armor. Good thing nobody has ever bumped a brazier in the history of Dothraki or somebody might have figured out that surrounding them with what can only be kerosene or magical coals was a bad idea. Pathetic, but so is much of how they give Dany power in the show. I'll never forgive then for the Meesa crowd surfing scene.

She had the khals in an enclosed space with nowhere to go. They underestimated her. She wiped out all of the khals at once and has the entire khalasar bowing to her. And once Drogon shows up, she will have the most powerful "stallion". The "stallion who mounts the world". Legaltitan, and CreepingDeath

OILERMAN
If she can grab hot metal I suppose she can will fire to spread over the room pretty easily.
OILERMAN
Dany is coming back to Meereen with a massive Dothraki army and potentially a few massive dragons. Is she going to accept waiting 7 years to abolish slavery? And my God kill Reek already

Jonboy
Quick thoughts - I told you guys Davos didn't know about Shireen yet. - At least Osha went down fighting. She was smart enough to know if she actually stayed alive, the torture from Ramsey would be worse than death. - I'm torn on the Dany scene. I didn't hate it as much as some, but even I thought, "Wait...that's it? That's how she's getting out of this?" - I too thought it was funny seeing the writers brag about it being "just Dany" who outsmarted the Dothraki leaders. - It's pretty clear where this is headed...but it almost seems like things are going too perfect for the good guys. Feels like someone we really care about will die soon. Brienne? Pod? Davos? - How typically George RR Martin would it be for them to bring back Jon only to have Ramsay feed him to his dogs in episode 9? If Ramsay survives this season, I might just give up on the show... - But I think Jon takes his head in episode 9. They'll try to get Jon to be the new Warden of the North, but at that point, he'll probably know he's really a Targ. Or Bran will show up and tell him. - How many parts will we have to watch Rickon lose before episode 9? - It's pretty clear what's going to happen with Jon and those in the North. But it will be interesting to see how Baelish factors into it all and if he can somehow get back into Sansa's good graces. - I'm still wondering how Dany will eventually meet up with Jon? Bran is on a different path and Jon is a Targ like you said. Starkiller
Jamalisms
Could be wrong but I think one of the previews showed Pod getting choked out, maybe by Bronn, in a Lannister camp. He'll survive long enough for that.
Starkiller
The books are doing something totally different with Sansa (she isn't even in the North) so I wonder what the plans are with her. I have to assume Ramsey will be dead by the end of the season. The question is what happens between Jon and Littlefinger when they both move against Winterfell. reo
Jon will help Sansa become the new Warden of the North. It's the only reason she's still alive imo. No one gives a crap about Rickon including GRRM. There's been 0 character development there. He's a throw away character at this point unless they really start putting some time into him... which they could do. Side note, Brienne and the wildling leader would be interesting to see develop. I could see it happening. Wildlings value strength and she's a very strong character.
