It’s the defense and OL being worse that stands out. QB is a lottery, but you still gotta build those lines. OL really stands out. Titans drafted, signed free agents, got a legit coach, all for naught. The left side of the line and center is set

CreepingDeath
The season started with Levis meme-losing games and the Special Teams blowing it. That hole led to the team trading away Hopkins and Earnest Jones - both players that were key contributors. Those moves signaled the end of the season. The defense didn't hold up. Cush went out hurt. Were the trades bad in and of themselves? Of course not, considering the situation at the time. But using the end-of-season results to paint all of the decisions isn't accurate. Shit happens. mmmmmbeeer

He's the entrenched starter for the next few years. Sure they could add some reserves and they should but its not accurate to claim C isn't penciled in. mmmmmbeeer
Firing a GM this quickly is a sign of organizational dysfunction. A GM needs to be given a minimum of 3-5yrs to build a team. This headhunting is a sign of a meathead fan base. Ran spent money to fortify the offense and the offense still sucked. But ya know what? We, and he, learned something from that failure…Levis wasn’t failing because of a lack of WR or a porous OL, he was failing because he’s not an NFL QB. That information is worth something in this league. You think Indy knows their QB situation going forward? Are you envious of their position? They’re going to end up wasting at least another year or two before giving up on Richardson. DCTitan, Starkiller, and JbgTenn 2

Results matter. Were the Titans “set” at LT after signing Taylor Lewan to an extension and he missed games immediately for PEDs?
japan
Cushenberry definitely the starting center but let’s not act like the guy was a revelation when he was healthy. oldschool

Just as importantly, firing your GM or coach in a really short timeframe makes potential job candidates less interested in taking that job opening. They all know they could be the next guy to get fired before they have a real chance to turn things around. DCTitan, and mmmmmbeeer
