In their minds, the rest of the world should stop worrying about Nazi Germany's atrocities and just get over it. Musk's salute was a silly and ill-advised spur-of-the-moment move. It's the stuff he does and says in deliberate and calculated manner that exposes his Nazi-esque tendencies.
