He is an average at best HC. He likely is better than BC but that’s not saying too much

Vrabel was obviously far superior to Mularkey as a coach, but as with all coaches you can't win with QB play as bad as Mariota was producing in 2019

Think about how bad Mariota was in 2019…and realize this:  

In the six games he played, Mariota was significantly more productive and had far fewer turnovers than Levis has had through five games.  
 

Letting a player learn from his mistakes sounds great in theory…. But it only works if he’s actually showing progress and improving.  We’ve seen none.     
 

There other 52 players on the roster who are working just as hard and putting their bodies on the line every week to win.   At some point they’ll  start asking why they should even bother if the coaching staff  refuses to address the team’s biggest and most obvious problem.
