BudsOilers
Vrabel also had a losing record with Mariota whereas Mularkey as the permanent HC went 19-15 and won a playoff game with him..... Number9
Stop. Just stop it. The only people soaking up bs like the two of you are saying are in the echo chamber. You guys are still arguing that Henry is not great. Knowledgeable NFL people. Vrabel is HC material. The Titans were his first crack. He'll get another team, except this time he'll be able to pick a team with stable ownership. BudsOilers

He likely is better than BC but that’s not saying too much

With Ryan-Without Ryan. What the hell does that have to do with his coaching record. It's as bad as the stupid, since midseason to the end of next season, Vrabel's record was. What kind of since does that even make? It would be like me saying w/Levis Crybrian 0-4, but he has a perfect record without him. 1-0. That 15-21 record with Mariota, Gabbert, Levis, Willis etc might be more impressive than the with Tannehill record IsntLifeFunny, TerryBoats, Number9, and 1 other
IrishTitansFan
Vrabel was obviously far superior to Mularkey as a coach, but as with all coaches you can't win with QB play as bad as Mariota was producing in 2019 Mythos27

AvgJoe
Brian Callahan is not the problem. His play calling is scheming players open. They have just got to get a QB who can do the basic functions titanskick8851, Mythos27, smokeater, and 1 other

Letting a player learn from his mistakes sounds great in theory…. But it only works if he’s actually showing progress and improving. We’ve seen none. There other 52 players on the roster who are working just as hard and putting their bodies on the line every week to win. At some point they’ll start asking why they should even bother if the coaching staff refuses to address the team’s biggest and most obvious problem.
