NFL owners are a very small exclusive club and while they have their occasional idiots, these issues are ironed out over time. Even through the Titans are in the bottom 1/3 of the league as far a value and ownership wealth, AAS has stabilized the organization from the crazy Bud days. This exclusive club does not take to kindly to the inmates trying to run the asylum and Vrabel's take it or leave it in the 5 minute meeting probably came through in his few interviews with other owners after he was fired. He also needs good coordinators and needs to let them do their job if he expects to have success in the NFL That smartest person in the room shit gets old for everyone including the players and assistant coaches.
