Its a good not great staff brought down by the OC hire. I'm not sure what people expect in putting a staff together.

I think it's OK....the star hires are Callahan Sr and hopefully Wilson.  The OC/QB coach hires look really weak and that's a concern.

All the posts made about Vrabel being so bad, did it cross your minds that his replacement might be worse?  Worse at winning games?  It wasn't like the Titans would be on the hotlist HC destination list.  Levis.  Owner willing to fire you during a hot flash.

No need criticizing anything BC does because he's ABV.

Anybody But Vrabel.

The rest of the league is vindicating AAS decision.  No one wants Vrabel, not even as a coordinator.

NFL owners are a very small exclusive club and while they have their occasional idiots, these issues are ironed out over time.  Even through the Titans are in the bottom 1/3 of the league as far a value and ownership wealth, AAS has stabilized the organization from the crazy Bud days.  This exclusive club does not take to kindly to the inmates trying to run the asylum and Vrabel's take it or leave it in the 5 minute meeting probably came through in his few interviews with other owners after he was fired.

I have to give you a lot of credit on this subject - you were right on this when nearly everyone else, national media included, ended up being wrong.

The fact that we couldn't take advantage of being a better team in a terrible division says a lot about Vrabel's coaching ceiling. He also needs good coordinators and needs to let them do their job if he expects to have success in the NFL That smartest person in the room shit gets old for everyone including the players and assistant coaches.

Vrabel's offensive philosophy is a dinasour. We know it, GM's know it and owners know it.  He's going to have to convice someone that he's changed to get another shot at HC.

I don't think his OFF philosophy has anything to do with it. Its his inability to collaborate first and foremost.

Both.  He has numerous strikes against him.

its no secret Vrabel is an incredibily difficult personality to deal with. I told you guy 5 years ago his act would wear thin if they weren't winning and we saw that the past few years.
