Alcibiades
Is this even debatable? I remember last year people talking about cutting the guy, or how his sleeves tell QBs where he is, so he can't make a play. Well, those sleeves are giving QBs nightmares this year. He's been amazing. He's forcing fumbles. He's making INTs. He's defending passes. The only thing he doesn't do is get TFLs, but that's because of where he starts each play. He's a leader on the defense. The other guys clearly love him, and he deserves that love. Let's give it to him.

He wasn't playing well but it's starting to seem like it was due to circumstances outside his control. Really glad to have him back on his grind. TheBukafax
An incredible turn around after last season. He will be the AP All-Pro for sure.
heyitsmeallen
His bounce back is so nice to see and it makes it even more clear how bad the pass rush was last year. This year they can consistently get pressure rushing 4 which makes his job a lot easier.

Byard is a very good tackler. One of the surest tacklers on the team honestly. He takes great angles and always wraps up. He's not a big hitter but he's a very consistent tackler. And he has consistently made 1-on-1 pass breakups all season long

SleepingTitan
He's 3rd in the league for INT (4). 10 PD's and 1 FF. Yeah, he's balling.

Not to downplay Byard but I'd say the much bigger thing is the defensive line forcing a lot more ducks than it is Byard playing more towards the rangey guy that he's best at.... Both matter immensely though

The PI gave them the ball at the 5 and tied the game because of him. He evened it with a pick, but bad play on his part. Those game threads are a terrible indication of anything lol.
