My guess is they came out hoping the KC defense would back off and give Henry more space since we were gashing them with the passing game.  KC came out knowing the Vrabel would go conservative, so stayed with the game-plan of stopping the run.  After the first 4 runs were ineffective, we began throwing again and moved the ball well.

Then it was overly conservative, which worked (like not using timeouts against Buffalo).  It worked, so nobody wants to complain, but I just don't see a championship coach easing off like that.  Hell, we know BB doesn't.

I only don’t mind it because they ended up winning the game. Decisively.

No need to keep trying to pour it on when we have so many guys already injured. I actually wished he would have sat Tannehill and D Hen for, I believe, the final two series.

The AFC is deeper than the NFC but maybe not as top heavy.

I'd argue the top 6-8 teams in the NFL are pretty even regardless of conference. The NFC is weaker outside of its top 3 or 4 teams than the AFC is.

I meant more that you have 4 or 5 teams in the NFC who seem to be legit contenders and then there's a big drop off.  After the top 5 teams (Dal, GB, TB, AZ and LA who look like guaranteed playoff teams) it's tough to find the 6th and 7th teams.  I suppose New Orleans is probably the 6th.  But who's the 7th?  Minnesota?  Atlanta?  One of the bottom NFC West teams?  While in the AFC I feel like there's 11 solid teams who you can make an argument are good enough to be playoff teams.

JJ Watt can wreck this OL easy.  TN never runs well on their front due to Heyward

TJ Watt (spelling, please!) is a great player. He's all the Steelers have right now. Just run away from him, and we'll be fine. Their offense is awful.

Titans have a comically easy schedule remaining.

The last test to really show how far the Titans have come for the rest of the season is the Rams. Win that, and we can realistically look at the Number 1 seed. Crazy to think the Colts may be the next best team we play.

Our remaining games:

Colts

Rams

Saints

Texans

Patriots

Jags

Steelers

49ers

Dolphins

Texans

Since getting beat by the jets I don't see how anyone can say our remaining schedule is easy, but it should be on paper though, lol

TN will struggle with Indy, Rams, Saints, Pats, Steelers, 49ers.  All will be close games.

The scores will be close due to the way we manage games but the only team I expect to lose to is LA

I'm a far bigger fan of Mike Vrabel than most here.

Colts week may change everything ... but through week 7 ... Oman looks to have been dead right.

The only thing that changed was Derrick Henry's injury which pretty much everyone here seems to be in total denial of.

People here have been saying for the last two years that if you replace Henry with any decent RB that Tannehill will be just fine.

I wouldn't call either a 36-year old Adrian Peterson or Jeremy McNichols a decent RB, but you guys are in for a huge disappointment.
