OILERMAN Posted July 2, 2022 Report Share Posted July 2, 2022 A lot is going to depend on Trump. If he's the nominee Biden is the favorite. If someone else is the nominee I have no doubt Trump will attack the Republican and might even run 3rd party and that would likely cause Biden to win. And the other judge is still a senior judge who can be assigned periodically when the need arises. McConnell is the big winner here if this goes through. Eh, it’s not as lopsided as progressives are making it out to be. It’s definitely not perfect and McConnell wins the deal by a bit, but it’s probably worth it so that Garland is all systems go at DoJ.
