Normally I’d agree, but against the Bills I’m not so sure. It may look more like 3 years ago when Mularkey basically refused to throw the ball vs Denver and KC (and won). Buffalo's best chance is to force turnovers.
NashvilleNinja
I'm very curious to know, on a molecular level, what the hell Frank Gore is made of. He's about 6 years past his expiration date and he's on pace for just under 1,100 yards. At 36. I mean wtf...?

Face
This sounds nuts but I hate that Josh Allen is hurt. I don’t think he’s good. Barkley scares me. Every time the guy plays, which is rare, he throws the ball all over the yard. He definitely looked better then Allen against the Pats. He started one game last year & eviscerated a good Jets defense.

He's the type of QB which seems to give the Titans D fits, and I think he can play with an aggression and purpose we know the Titans can struggle to achieve with MM. I don't like the matchup in general.

Even at corner, all 3, especially Butler & Ryan, are very physical. Our corners are good but aren’t super tight in coverage. Barkley can really place the ball. He makes some bad decisions though, hopefully we can pick a few off.

Did I fall asleep for years and miss the part where Barkley is better than Ryan and Mayfield and we don’t struggle against mobile QB’s???

Jeff.Fisher
Just got off the phone with vrabel. He's gonna try to take the ball, opening kickoff... homerun throwback. Bills fans will love it.

THE_TITAN
It’s at home against a 2nd string QB. You gotta win these irrespective of how good their D is. 17-7 to the Titans.
Justafan
McDermott plays a 4-3 under that doesn't blitz a whole lot. They have the line to rush 4 and sit in coverage with a solid zone defense. They mix up coverages but they don't do a whole lot of blitzing or exotic stuff. For that reason, I don't think you have to worry about Mariota taking 9 sacks this week but over the past two seasons he has proven that he has a difficult time reading zone coverages so I don't think you're going to see him put up a bunch of yards or throw for more than a TD. Because of the 4-3 under alignment and the players they have up front, I expect running up the middle will equal a long day for the Titans. Where this defense is weak is short stuff to the flats and runs to the outside. I also think they are more vulnerable to play action than some of the teams the Titans have faced so far this year. The Titans are still the better overall team. 13th in offensive points scored and 4th in defensive scoring vs. 23rd in offensive points scored (and now have a backup QB) and 5th in defensive scoring. They're at home and they've got to still remember last year. Titans 23 - Bills 20. Edit: Upon further reflection, these defenses aren't going to allow that many points. I could see a score like that if the defense scores but other than that, this is likely to be a very low scoring affair, regardless of what the point ratio and averages have been thus far into the season. Titans 14 - Bills 10 is probably a more realistic number here.
DecepticonShawn
This isnt the game we lose anymore. Buffalo is 3-1. We're not gonna look past them imo. We probably will win this game and everyone will be starting to really feel good about where we are going. The game we typically lose is next week against a likely 0-5 Broncos team with no hope. Billsfan64
Good Day Titans Fans, Bills long time fan and still upset over homerun throwback, lol. This week the Bills pay a visit to Nashville for a game against the 2-2 Tennessee Titans. Bills have shown throughout 4 games a shutdown D, sporadic offense (comes in bits and bursts) and a bit flawed in special teams against the Titans who look great then look awful, so to me their are two huge questions. On the Titans side, which team shows up and on the Bills side who is this weeks starting QB. From the preliminary reports I’m thinking Matt Barkley will be behind center on Sunday. This is a game he can win if the Bills play complimentary football. Barkley May be a better match-up against the Titans D as he can throw accurately and our WR’s and TE and RB’s should be able to get some separation. On D, contain Mariota, keep him in the pocket, get the front four after him and drop 7, Mariota in the pocket really doesn’t cause me any concern and I think the Bills can shut down what I consider an average at best receiving Corp. I do fear Dion Lewis more then Henry in this game. The game looks on paper to be a defensive slugfest and a key special teams error may sway the game to the other team. Assuming good Titans to show-up Sunday and Matt Barkley at QB, my prediction is: Bills 19 Titans
