scine09
I thought this was an interesting topic and many people likely don't have ESPN plus: Two people have him back with the Titans, one with the Raiders, one with the Texans, one with the Cardinals and one with the Packers. The ones with the Titans made it seem like he'd be the starter and the other teams the backup. One of the Titans guys did say that unless Vrabel is able to lure Tom Brady that Mariota might be the best option.

Titans279
I think there’s no way he retires unless he has some terrible injury. Also it’s more likely than some think that he’s back. They don’t “already know they’re done with him.”

Tomachek
Fuck if a 38 Matt Schaub whose arm has been shit for the past decade can still be a back-up in this league, someone is giving Mariota a chance if he wants to continue his career outside of Tennessee. Oiler FANatic
Despite all of the Mariota hate here, he is still a top-64 QB in the NFL. At worst he is still a very viable option for someone as a backup.

There are starting QB's that I wouldn't want instead of Mariota. When you add in injuries, he starts being valuable.

You know absolutely nothing about what he worked on. Sure it's possible he didn't do anything. But it's also possible he worked to improve. Again, you have no way of knowing what he did or didn't do and whether he enjoys his job or not.
