Stan
29–48 (.377) Fired from 2 jobs. Probably a third soon. He is what he is and that's a very bad coach. 19 games below 500. Never coached a team to a playoff appearance or division title win. He's a great motivator great leader but he's not going to take us anywhere anytime soon. We're 2-2 so what.. the Jets are 2-2 and were accused of tanking. The rams are 3-1.The bills traded away everyone and are 3-1. This team was picked by everyone to take a leap forward win "12" games in weak division with Luck hurt, Texans starting a rookie and the Jags being the Jags. I'm not impressed and the question should be when do we cut bait ?
TheBukafax
If we don't make playoffs he won't be rehired. Can confirm. Me and bongo were at the AAS charity gala for impoverished musicians last weekend. We had a chat with her and she told us she will not resign him without a playoff birth. Starkiller
Tom Landry was 9-28-3 over his first 3 seasons coaching the Cowboys. And Belichick had just 1 winning season in his first 6 as head coach. Not saying Mularkey is the next Landry or Belichick but let’s not pretend the coaching trumps the roster... SirLanceALot
Mularkey has never had a team with this much talent either in his previous years of coaching.

Face
The '04 Bills probably were better than this team. In fact they almost certainly were.
Tnasty
I'm rooting for Mularkey to succeed. Obviously because I'm a fan of the team but also because he genuinely seems to care about the team players and community. Winning is paramount to all of these so if he doesn't win by all means he's going to have to go, I just don't get the whole rooting against him succeeding. The man may not have what it takes but I hope he proves everyone he does.
