If they've done a rape test, have video evidence contradicting her story, and multiple witness statements backing up his side of the story - and no charges have been filed yet - they won't be. Nothing will come of this. Still, it will put some slightly bad optics on the team that drafts him - at least initially, and the GM will have to explain 500 times their reasoning for making the pick.
